While the location was convenient and accessible to many attractions in Cairo, the noise from the lounge area was quite bothersome, and the room cleanliness left much to be desired. The hotel offers multiple nice sitting areas outside the rooms, with great input from the manager. The Al Masa 2 room is perfect. Special thanks to the Front office Team and to Ms. Wafaa, Ms. Noha, and Ms. Staff were very helpful, particularly Menna Mohamed from the reception and Ahmed Tawfiq the bellman; however, they lack basic hospitality attitude. Location is extremely beautiful and relaxing, directly around the hotel in the middle of Nasr City; although not near any sights. Dining was very good, especially the fresh fruit, with a great breakfast experience. Thank you to all who made everything easy for the success of the conference and on behalf of my company.
